Reference number: 20129782 Description LEM Consulting Inc. is requesting bids for the Imperial Cinema Centre - Asset Maintenance project for steel structure work. The work includes, but is not limited to, the supply, delivery and installation of beams, lintels, columns and metal bridges specified in the structural plans. The supply and installation of chemical anchors in the existing building are included in the scope of work for this call for tenders. If pockets need to be made in the existing walls for the installation of anchors, these should be included in your proposal. Demolition work on the existing structure is excluded from this call for tenders. Please note that the building is classified as heritage (interior and exterior) and therefore cannot be altered in any way other than as presented in the plans and specifications. Please note that the building contains asbestos. Although your work will not involve asbestos removal, if your work requires drilling, screwing, grinding, cutting or any other activity that could expose workers to asbestos dust, the measures to be implemented in accordance with CNESST requirements must be included in your bid.
