Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; pre-engineered storage facility; pre-engineered storage facility; and water / sewer project.
This Bid is for Phase 2 - Early Procurement work only. This project consists of a new fleet maintenance building for Via Metropolitan Transit. The building will be a pre-engineered metal building with a steel framed mezzanine. It will contain a vehicle repair area with 4 total bays, portable equipment storage area, common work area, wash area, supervisor office, cleaning supply storage room, electrical & IDF rooms, restrooms, custodial closet, corridors, mechanical & fire riser rooms, and a mezzanine. Phase 2 scope of work to include, but is not limited to building and site concrete, structural steel fabrication & erection, translucent panels, overhead doors, PEMB, mechanical equipment, electrical gear, site demolition, sitework, and utilities. RFI's Due: Thursday, March 26th by 2:00 PM
