The project consists of constructing a 10' wide shared use path adjacent to Pettis Ave., from Knapp Street north to Cannonsburg Road within Ada and Cannon Townships for the Kent County Parks Department. Work is to begin June 2026 and must be completed by November 14, 2026. Project specifications, including the Project Specification Manual, Bid Form (Schedule of Prices), Contract Agreement, Greenway Trail Plan, Federal Equal Opportunity Construction Contract Specifications, and Federal Department of Labor Wage Decision, are referenced and must be included as indicated. Compliance with the Davis-Bacon Act and certain federal wage, labor, and equal opportunity requirements is mandatory.
