This call for tenders is to award a service contract to conduct a Phase II SEA (characterization) following the cessation of activities at the former sawmill site in Notre-Dame-du-Laus in the Labelle RCM, in the Laurentians. The place of performance of the services is located in Notre-Dame-du-Laus, in the Laurentians. More specifically, at the following coordinates: - Latitude: 46.087189 - Longitude: - 75.613707 The contract will begin on the date of signature and end on 4 December 2026. The work must be carried out as soon as the contract is signed and completed no later than 4 September 2026.
