Remodeling of an educational facility in Moorefield, West Virginia. Working plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
**As of March 26, 2026, project has no bids received. There’s no definite date for rebid yet.** Hardy County Schools will receive sealed bids for modifications of gymnasium bleachers at Moorefield High School. The project requires the installation of a flat bar beneath the seating in accordance with WV Board of Risk Management requirements. The work includes all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the installation as specified by applicable codes, specifications, and contract documents. Bidders must comply with all applicable federal and state laws, including West Virginia public contracting requirements. Faxed bids are not acceptable. Sealed bids must be submitted in an envelope marked "MHS Bleachers." Hardy County Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and award the contract in the best interest of the school system.
