The project is governed by the Contract Documents from Feinknopf Macioce Schappa Architects, Inc. Bidders must register at the designated electronic bidding service and create a digital ID to submit bids. Bidders may request consideration for substitutions for specified products, equipment, or services no later than 10 days before the bid opening. Bids must comply with the current State of Ohio Standard Requirements for Public Facility Construction. Prevailing Wage rates and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements apply. The project includes a 5.0 percent EDGE Participation Goal, calculated on the contract value for goods, services, materials, and labor provided by EDGE-certified businesses.
