The project involves the installation of approximately 18,000 square feet of VCT tile in 18 classrooms at Trenton High School. The work includes all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and associated costs for the tile installation. Scope includes compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, procurement of necessary permits, and provision of warranty for workmanship and materials. Contractors are responsible for site management, keeping the job site clean, and removal of debris upon completion. Project work is to be conducted during the summer and must be completed by August 10, 2026.
