The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant work necessary to satisfactorily complete the project, as more specifically described in specifications. This work will be performed in strict conformance with the specifications, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, given as a basis for the comparison of bids. Actual quantities of work to be performed may vary at the discretion of the County. The work to be performed under this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and other incidental work for: Provide sitework & utilities for the installation of an accessible prefabricated restroom building for the dog park/sensory playground at Gibson Ranch ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $454,099.00 Basis of design is the prefabricated concrete restroom by LB Foster CXT "Cortez." The contractor will need to submit stamped shop drawings to the County for acceptance. The accepted shop drawings will be submitted to Building Permits & Inspection for a deferred approval.
