A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Pasadena Water & Power ("PWP") invites bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to construct the EV Charger Expansion Project at PWP Maintenance Yards in accordance with the Contract Documents. The City has obtained the required construction permits. The Contractor shall perform all work in strict accordance with the approved design drawings and specifications included in this IFB. Certain major equipment items will be furnished by the City under a separate procurement. The Contractor shall coordinate receipt, handling, installation, and commissioning of Owner-furnished equipment as defined in the Contract Documents. Bidders must possess and provide the following license(s) or certification(s) to be deemed qualified to perform the work specified: Class A - General Engineering; OR B - General Building; OR C-10 Electrical Contractor Question Deadline 04/02/2026 at 2:00 PM PT Questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted directly through electronically. Failure of the contractor to meet the delivery date will result in damages being sustained by the City of Pasadena.
