Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Simpsonville, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 160,000-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
CM at Risk - Bryson Middle - New Construction. The School District of Greenville County invites interested firms to submit a Proposal to provide CM at Risk services for Bryson Middle new construction for Greenville County Schools students in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions of this solicitation. District staff will coordinate through each school for these services on an "as needed" basis. The Request for Proposal solicitation method shall be used to select one or multiple firms that meet the requirements of the solicitation. This solicitation does not commit the District to award a contract, to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of the response to this solicitation or to procure any goods or services. An award resulting from this solicitation will be for one year from the date of award. Question Deadline 03/26/2026 at 10:00 AM ET Questions or comments regarding this solicitation document or the process shall be submitted through online. After the Inquiry Deadline, the District will issue an addendum to address any questions or changes. Any addenda will be posted on the Procurement Portal. Questions and comments received after the Inquiry Deadline will not be addressed. Anticipated Date of Interviews/Intent to Award:April 28, 2026 An award resulting from this solicitation will be for one (1) year from the date of award. There is no pre-bid meeting for this solicitation. New construction of two story 160,000 +/- square foot middle school, including site development, to replace the existing Bryson Middle School. The building will adequate learning spaces for 1,000 6th through 8th grade students with accommodations for a 1,200 student core. The site is an undeveloped lot located at 905 Fairview Road in Simpsonville, SC. The new site includes approximately 70 acres. The site will include circulation, parking, and a full complement of middle school athletic facilities - track (with soccer field interior), baseball, softball, and tennis. The District does require Performance and Payment Bonds for this project. The construction budget for this project is roughly $70 million.
