New construction of a military facility in Cache Bay, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a four-story above grade, 224-bed military facility.
The project includes the design and construction of two new 4 storey accommodation buildings at 22 Wing, CFB North Bay with approximately 224 total bed spaces, including any necessary upgrades to existing infrastructure and utility services. It is anticipated this project will be delivered through a Modified Design-Build (MDB) delivery model. The project may include an Indigenous businesses participation component in accordance with the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB).
