The scope of work includes approximately 12,100 square yards of pulverizing asphalt pavement; 7,500 square yards of milling pavement; 640 cubic yards of excavation below base course; 1,270 tons of base aggregate dense; 3,760 tons of HMA pavement; 670 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter; and 14 manhole and inlet adjustments. Bidders must submit electronic bids via QuestCDN using the provided bid form, ensuring all blanks are filled. A "Bidders Qualification Statement" must be filed with the Town Clerk. Bids must include bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check, or cashier's check for 5 percent of the maximum bid price. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond for the full contract amount and provide a list of subcontractors and suppliers with a value of $1,000 or more. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the work, disregard nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids, and retain the security deposits of the three lowest bidders for up to 45 days. No bids may be withdrawn for 45 days from the opening date. Failure to list subcontractors or suppliers may be cause for rejection of the Bid. \ Bids shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check, or cashier's check made payable to the Owner in an amount of 5 percent of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. If the successful bidder fails to execute the contract and furnish the required bonds within 15 days after the Award, the Bid Security shall be forfeited to Owner as liquidated damages. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities not involving price, time or changes in the Work and the right to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids and the right to accept the Bid or Bids which best serve the interests of the Owner, subject to the provisions of Wisconsin Statutes, Sections 62.15 and 66.0901. \ Bidder awarded a contract for the work shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond in the full amount of the contract price. Prime Contractor(s) shall furnish listing of all subcontractors and suppliers performing labor and supplying materials under the Contract that individually have a total value of $1,000 or more. \
