The reconstruction of approximately 3.0 km of Richmonds Road and a portion of Drummond Concession 5B in the Township of Drummond/North Elmsley, Ontario. The scope of work includes pulverizing existing asphalt, grading, construction of road base and asphalt pavement, removal and replacement of entrance culverts and cross culverts, and all associated works including restoration, traffic control, and erosion and sediment control.
