Site work for a water / sewer project in Oxford, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The proposed work consists of: furnishing and installing a fill pipe grate; furnishing and installing fill pipe insulation and frost jacket; replacing condensate drain hose; furnishing and installing access tube gasket; abrasive blast cleaning and repainting the interior roof; abrasive blast cleaning and repainting the dry interior; furnishing and installing cathodic protection anode and internal hardware; furnishing dechlorinating diffuser and tablets; and providing additional pricing for furnishing and installing an internal mixer. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked appropriately. Bidders must review all contract documents at designated locations. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, money order, or bid security of not less than five percent of the bid amount, drawn payable to the Village of Oxford for execution of the contract. Bids may not be withdrawn for 60 days after opening. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bids and to waive any informality in the interest of the owner. Pre-qualification requirements: Prior to receiving bid documents, all bidders shall be prequalified by the Engineer. A prequalification application may be obtained at the office of NTEC, Inc., 16240 National Parkway, Lansing, Ml 48906 (517-321-1692). Commence after: September 1, 2026 ; Complete by: October 30, 2026 Question Deadline 03/24/2026 Questions may submit a written request to the Engineer for an interpretation thereof.
