Sealed proposals are requested for the purchase of a Substation 28 Power Transformer for Dawson Public Power District. The equipment must be fully functional and suitable for its intended purpose. Proposals specifying manufacturing in North America are preferred, but domestic manufacturing is not required. Bid pricing must include any applicable tariffs. Substation 28 is located in Buffalo County, north of Kearney, Nebraska. Bid documents, including advertisement, bid form, specification, and technical data sheet, are available to qualified bidders upon request by contacting the designated engineer. Proposals may be submitted by email or in person as specified, and any received after the deadline will be returned unopened. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest and best proposal, or all proposals may be rejected at the Owner's discretion.
