Reference Number 0000423277 The work involved in this project consists principally of the following: o 333 Sft_ Sidewalk, Clay Brick Pavers o 101 Sft_ Sidewalk, Conc 6 inch, Modified o 1 Lsum_ Overlook Deck Framing and Decking It is the intent of the City to have this project completed, by October 30, 2026. A certified check, bank draft or bid bond without condition to the City of Traverse City in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount shall be submitted as a guarantee of good faith subject to the conditions stipulated in the "Instructions to Bidders". The City of Traverse City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and to accept the bids either on an entire or individual basis that is in the best interests of the City of Traverse City. This is not a federal aid project.
