Site work for a water / sewer project in Ridgeland, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes the purchase, construction, and installation of one (1) effluent disk filter, one (1) influent pump station pump hoist system, and one (1) effluent pump station pump hoist system. Question Deadline 04/07/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. Engineer: Goldie Associates Blake Rodgers, PE 864-882-8194 blake@goldieassociates.com Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Bidders must comply with all applicable state and federal requirements identified in the bidding documents. Bidders must provide a 5% bid bond. For further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. This project is subject to the American Iron and Steel (AIS) requirements instituted by Section 746 of Title VII of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2017 and subsequent annual appropriations for WWD programs. Absent an approved waiver, all iron and steel used in this project must be produced in the United States. The waivers that apply to this contract are AIS De Minimis and AIS Minor Component waivers.
