The Town of Drumheller is seeking a certified refrigeration contractor to provide ongoing service and maintenance for the refrigeration plant at the Drumheller Memorial Arena. The successful proponent will be responsible for all general core services outlined in Schedule A, as well as additional scope related to major compressor overhauls. The Town operates two Mycom N4MII reciprocating compressors equipped with VFD-compatible 60 HP motors. The contractor will also be required to complete scheduled compressor overhauls as follows: Compressor #1 – Overhaul required in 2026; Compressor #2 – Overhaul required in 2027. This contract is for a three-year term, covering both general refrigeration services and the planned compressor overhaul work. Bid submissions are to be made online only.
