All bids must be presented in a plain sealed envelope marked SEALED BID / Town of Arcadia Southwest Water Improvement Area Directional Drilling. Required submissions include a non-collusive bidding certificate, an Affirmation of Understanding of Agreement / Certificate of Compliance for Procurement of Services, and manufacturer’s specification sheets for all materials associated with the scope of work for all items bid. Bidders must register their organization with the Wayne County Water & Sewer Authority on its website to be considered and receive addenda. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids or accept the bid it considers in the best interest of the Wayne County Water & Sewer Authority.
