Notice to SubContractors - Sealed bid proposals will be received for the Sandpoint Middle School Restroom Addition at 310 S Division Street, Sandpoint, Idaho. Bids are to be submitted by sub-contractors for this project. Plans, specifications, bid forms, and forms of agreement may be obtained at www.ginnoplanroom.com in electronic form or purchased as hard copies from the noted plan room. The Architect/Owner or CMGC will not be responsible for partial sets of documents obtained from reprographics companies or plan centers. All errors or omissions resulting from not reviewing all documents will be corrected at the contractor's expense. Bidders must hold an Idaho Public Works Contractor's License. The Lake Pend Oreille School Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality, and to award the bid to the responsive bidder that is deemed in the best interest of the project. If the award is made to other than the lowest responsive bidder, the reasons will be declared on the record and communicated in writing to all competing bidders. If there are two or more identical responsive bids, the selection may be made in any manner deemed fair, equitable, and in the best interest of the project.
