This contract consists of all work required for the remediation or closure of municipal well #10. Bidders are required to comply with the State prevailing wage rates specified in the Contract Documents unless the project is less than $75,000, in which case prevailing wage is not necessary. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid Price. Bidders must comply with Missouri law regarding the employment of authorized workers. A preference is given to materials, products, supplies, provisions, and all other articles produced, manufactured, made, or grown within the state of Missouri. The City of Sullivan reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids received and to waive or not waive any or all irregularities.
