Sealed bids are invited for the Pomperaug Regional High School AHU Replacements. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond for five percent (5%) of the base bid cost. Bids remain firm for ninety (90) days beyond the opening date. The successful bidder must provide a one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond, a one hundred percent (100%) Labor & Materials Bond, and a Certificate of Insurance within ten (10) days of notice of award. Bidders must comply with requirements regarding payment of minimum wages and other local, state, and federal requirements. Contract is subject to state set-aside and compliance requirements. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive defects, or accept proposals deemed in the owner's best interest. Plans and specifications can be obtained online, and bidders are responsible for checking for addenda.
