The project includes, but is not limited to furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to install synthetic turf sports fields, ball courts, precast concrete restroom/storage building, pavements, site furnishings, sports and site lighting, fencing and ball netting, landscaping, irrigation, drainage and utilities. The work shall be done in accordance with the Contract Drawings and Specifications prepared by The Waterfield Design Group, Inc. dated: March 11, 2026. At the time of the opening of bids, each bidder will be presumed to have inspected the sites and to have read and be thoroughly familiar with the Plans and Specifications (including all addenda). The failure or omission of any bidder to receive or examine any form, instrument or document shall in no way relieve any bidder from any obligation in respect to his bid. All materials and equipment that are required for the construction under this contract are to be furnished in their entirety by the Contractor, unless stated otherwise. Information on any statements in the contract documents referring to the conditions under which the work is to be performed or the existence of utilities or other underground structures are not guaranteed to be correct or to be a complete representation of all existing data with reference to conditions affecting the work. Every effort has been made, however, to make this information complete and accurate on the basis of all data and information, which could be procured by the Engineer. The Contractor shall make his own examination and shall draw his own conclusions as to the actual conditions which will be encountered, and he shall have no claim for damages on account of any errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may be found.
