The City of Nashua, NH is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to design, supply, and install a permanent outdoor sound system for Renaissance Park located in downtown Nashua. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or parts of proposals, waive defects and minor irregularities, accept exceptions to specifications, award contracts, or cancel the request as it deems in its best interest. Proposals may be submitted electronically via Bonfire or as one paper and one digital copy on USB drive in a sealed envelope/package clearly marked with the RFP number, and must be received in the Purchasing Department by the specified deadline. All proposals must be binding for ninety days following the deadline. Proposals must be submitted in the provided format and address the items specified. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be given full opportunity to submit proposals and will not be discriminated against. Consideration will be given to products that are biodegradable, recycled, environmentally sound, or energy efficient. Vendors must not be debarred, ineligible or excluded by any Federal department or agency, and must comply with all Equal Employment Opportunity laws. Inquiries must be submitted in writing, citing the RFP title/number, Page, Section, and must be received no later than Monday, March 16, 2026, by 10:00 am to: City of Nashua 229 Main Street, Nashua, NH 03060 purchasing@nashuanh.gov
