Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Participation Goal: 0% Minimum Number of Required DBE/MBE/WBE Alternates: N/A Under this agreement, the consultant will perform services associated with 1R type projects for the NYSDOT Capital Program. Typical deliverables include Design Approval Documents (IPP/FDR), Pavement Evaluation and Treatment Selection, Work Zone Traffic Control Plans, location specific design plans such as curb ramps, pavement markings, bridge element specific work, standard pay items and estimates of quantities. The consultant is expected to perform services associated with Scoping, Preliminary Design (Phases I-IV), Detailed Design (Phases V-VI) and Construction Support Services. The consultant may be expected to perform Design Survey, ROW Survey, Hazardous Materials Assessment, Asbestos Screening, and Remediation Design Services in support of the 1R type projects. Projects that can be assigned to this agreement are resurfacing and milling and resurfacing projects that may include element specific bridge work and/or safety work as defined in Chapter 7 of the Highway Design Manual. Curb ramps on 1R projects shall be ADA compliant and if these requirements can't be met, a justification shall be documented and approved per HDM ' Chapter 2. These projects are Categorical Exclusions, (NEPA Class II and SEQR Type II Projects). The Design Approval Document for these projects is the IPP/FDR. 1R Projects may include "proposal only" projects or may include projects with contract plans. The consultant may be required to develop typical sections, work zone traffic control details, miscellaneous tables and details, minor side slope repairs and adjustments, curb repairs and adjustments, curb ramp replacement details, guiderail tables, minor drainage improvements and details for culvert linings.
