The City of Sedalia is soliciting bids for the replacement of the submersible pump and motor at Water Well #18, located at the Sedalia Water Department Filtration Plant, 28200 Waterworks Rd. The scope of work includes replacing the equipment following a terminal pump failure confirmed after a production decline. Well specifications provided are: total well depth of 1,500 feet, casing diameter of 12 inches (from 0 to 530 feet), static water level at 145 feet, and a design pump setting at 500 feet.
