Renovation of a municipal facility in Richmond, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project consists of the renovation of the west side driveway under a single unified general construction contract, covering all aspects of the work according to the provided Drawings and Specifications. Bidders must be properly licensed and able to obtain the required insurance and bonds, including a Bid Bond equal to 10% of the bid amount, and a performance and payment bond. Wayne County is tax exempt. Contractors may use PDF copies of Drawings and Specifications for bidding or arrange for printed copies at their own expense. Bids must be submitted sealed and may not be modified, withdrawn, or canceled within 45 days of the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive irregularities. The intent is to award the contract to the lowest responsible or best bidder in the Owner's best interest. All work must be completed by the contract completion date.
