Question Deadline 03/20/2026 at 1:00 PM ET All questions must be submitted in writing to melissa.woodward@ gocos.net. This project consists of a unit price bid for hot mix asphalt surface overlays and storm sewer improvements of existing city streets at various locations in the City of Seymour, along with other miscellaneous and related items. Bids must be submitted on the forms in the Contract Documents, with all described conditions met. Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, clearly marked 'CITY OF SEYMOUR CCMG PAVING 2026-1' and display the bidder's name and address. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check in a sum equal to 10% of the amount of the bid and a completed Non-Collusion Affidavit. Bid prices must be firm for ninety days from the bid opening date. The successful bidder is required to furnish a Performance and Labor and Materials Payment Bond for 100% of the contract sum with an approved surety company, to remain effective one year after final acceptance of the work. Only plan holders registered through the Engineer may submit bids. All questions must be submitted in writing.
