Ontario Tech University is seeking proposals for an integrated parking management solution and related services across three distinct bid segments. The intent of this Request for Proposal is to permit Proponents to submit proposals for one, two, or all three segments, depending on their qualifications and offering. The Institution reserves the right to award one or more segments independently, in combination, or as a single integrated solution, in its sole discretion. The three bid segments are as follows: Segment 1 - Mobile Pay App Segment 2 - Permit Management Software and LPR Segment 3 - Gated Equipment (PARCS) Hardware Proponents submitting for multiple segments must clearly identify any integration assumptions, dependencies, exclusions, and pricing interactions between segments. Proponents submitting for only one or two segments must clearly describe how their proposed solution will interoperate with other third-party or separately awarded segment solutions. The detailed lot inventory, current operating condition, and proposed future-state treatment by site and segment are set out in Appendix C.
