Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pembroke, Ontario. Completed plans call civil work for a road / highway and sidewalk / parking lot.

The general scope of work consists of reconstruction of D’arcy Street from Murray Street to Christie Street. The reconstruction includes asphalt removal, granulars, paving, concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter works, structure adjustments, driveway entrance reinstatement, landscaping reinstatement, and line painting. Hard copy sealed tenders, clearly marked as to contents and on forms supplied by the City, are required. Electronic submissions are not acceptable. Tender submissions must be in English. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. The lowest or any Tender may not necessarily be accepted. The successful bidder will be required to file with the City of Pembroke the specified bonds and insurance within ten (10) business days of being awarded the Contract. Bid Security - Bid Bond 10 % - Performance Bond 50 % - Maintenance Bond 50 % - Labor and Materials Bond 50 % Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com Question Deadline 03/26/2026 at 12:00 PM ET
