Site work for a residential development in Waller, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development.
Scope of Work includes excavation of detention ponds and placement of fill on the site, erosion protection, concrete slope pavement, storm sewers, and other work included in the plans and specifications. Instructions to Bidders: Bidders shall follow the Instructions to Bidders when preparing Bids, including requirements for a Bid Bond or Bid Security. Successful Bidders must provide executed Contracts, Performance Bonds, Payment Bonds, Maintenance Bonds, and Insurance Certificates within 15 days of receipt of Contract Documents by the Contractor. Bidders must provide a completed Texas Ethics Commission form 1295 with a certificate number assigned by TEC. Bidding documents can be reviewed and obtained from www.CivcastUSA.com. Bidders must register on the website to view or download bid documents at no charge. The Owner reserves the right to conduct a pre-award review of the bidder's responsibility and capacity to perform the work in the contract, to reject any or all Bids, and to waive any defects or irregularities in the bidding process.
