Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Gaylord, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Gaylord Public Works Building project subject to terms and conditions contained in Bidding Documents. Bids will ONLY be received electronically via online with an additional charge for electronic submission. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through online for bids to be accepted. Bids shall be completed according to the Bidding Requirements prepared by SEH. Bidders will be required to provide a bid bond or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount. The successful Bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds of one-hundred percent (100%) of the bid amount. Contractors may be requested to submit "Contractor's Qualification Statement". Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in bids or bidding. Question Deadline 03/31/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Architect in writing. Questions received less than 7 days prior to the date for opening of bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. The successful Bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds of one-hundred percent (100%) of bid amount.
