The Tennessee Valley Healthcare Systems (TVHS) at the Alvin C. York Campus in Murfreesboro, TN has a requirement for partitions with installation. Question Deadline 03/24/2026 at 11:00 AM CT All questions shall be emailed to Kristie.Collins@va.gov Scope of Work: The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment and supervision necessary to accomplish the work for Moderfold Encore Partitions at the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, VA Medical Center, 3400 Lebanon Road, Murfreesboro, TN 37129 in accordance with the specifications and drawings. 3. A. The contractor will procure and install the Moderfold Encore Partitions in Building 107. B. Surface Burning of Vinyl Fabric Finish: ASTM E84; flame/fuel/smoke rating of 25, Class A flame spread. C. Sound Transmission Classification (STC): ASTM E90; minimum STC of 56 tested on 100 square foot opening. D. Limit track deflection to no more than 0.10 inch (2.54 mm) between bracket supports. E. Panel Construction: 1. Panel Substrate Facing: Steel sheet, 20 gage thick. 2. Core: 16 gage formed sheet steel frame top, bottom, jambs and intermediates; welded construction; internally reinforced at suspension points, with acoustical insulation fill. 3. Nominal Thickness with Finish: 4-1/4 inches. 4. Hinges: Continuous piano or butt type, 18 gage steel. 5. Panel to Panel Seals: Grooved and gasketed astragals; continuous flexible ribbed vinyl seal fitted to panel edge construction; color to match panel finish. 6. Operation: Manual.
