The United States Coast Guard is seeking quotations from qualified contractors to perform comprehensive maintenance and repair services for the Liebert ACCU2-1 air conditioning unit and associated equipment located in the Second Deck Server Room at U.S. Coast Guard Sector New Orleans, 200 Hendee St., New Orleans, LA 70114. Work includes refrigerant recovery in accordance with EPA regulations, inspection and repair of system leaks, nitrogen pressure testing, vacuum evacuation, charging the unit with R-407C refrigerant, replacement of the faulty VFD fan speed controller with a new solid-state controller, formal startup and commissioning, and submission of a detailed maintenance and repair report. All work must comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations and be performed in coordination with the Facilities Engineer or their representative. Site visits are required prior to submitting a quote and must be scheduled with the designated point of contact. The total contract performance period is 30 calendar days. Question Deadline 03/17/2026 Contractor shall provide recommendations and proposal for repairs of any discrepancies noted during inspection or maintenance activities to the Facilities Engineer of their representative within seven (7) business days of identifying the discrepancy.
