The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and qualified personnel necessary to complete the Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) Main Computer Room minor construction project. Work shall be performed in strict accordance with the attached specifications and drawings and shall result in a complete and fully functional upgraded main computer room that supports the VA's EHRM requirements. The project is a competitive Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside and includes all activities required to meet the technical, construction, and coordination requirements identified in the contract documents. The contractor shall comply with all administrative and technical requirements, including participation in post-award conferences as directed by the contracting activity.
