Renovation of a mixed-use development in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and qualified personnel necessary to complete the Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) Main Computer Room minor construction project. Work shall be performed in strict accordance with the attached specifications and drawings and shall result in a complete and fully functional upgraded main computer room that supports the VA's EHRM requirements. The project is a competitive Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside and includes all activities required to meet the technical, construction, and coordination requirements identified in the contract documents. The contractor shall comply with all administrative and technical requirements, including participation in post-award conferences as directed by the contracting activity. Location: Minneapolis VA Medical Center, One Veterans Drive, Minneapolis, MN 55417 The magnitude of construction is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. Questions of a technical nature must be submitted by prospective offerors via e-mail to: Contract Specialist Zachary E. Penhollow (zachary.penhollow@va.gov) and Contracting Officer Joelle Mascarenas (joelle.mascarenas@va.gov). The subject line of each e-mail must read: "Technical Questions - [Firm Name] - Proj #618-26-701 - EHRM - MCR Update - Minneapolis". Oral questions of a technical nature are not acceptable due to the possibility of misunderstanding or misinterpretation.
