Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Durango, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Reference Number 0000416500 The State of Colorado, (Fort Lewis College) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the FL2204 - Sidewalk Replacement project. The project will remove and replace approximately 483 LF of 6' Sidewalk and replace with 8' wide 6" thick new concrete sidewalks. In the summer of 2025 FLC installed a storm water drainage system, french drains and new sidewalk around Centennial 1000 and the east side of Centennial 2000. The bulk of the work has been completed, and we are looking to replace additional sidewalks before completing the final landscaping.
