Reference Number NB-TCS26-022 The City of Moncton wishes to engage the services of a professional, qualified, and experienced Contractor to furnish all labour, materials, equipment, tools and incidentals required to complete Ice Plant Upgrades - Crossman Community Centre - Kay Arena - Phase 2, The Crossman Community Centre - Kay Arena has undergone the first phase of its Ice Plant upgrades during the summer of 2024. This included a new chiller, heat exchangers, circulating pumps and modifications related to code regulations. The second phase of the ice plant upgrades, (this project), will entail replacing the existing compressors and heat rejection systems (new reciprocating compressor cooling; evaporative cooling tower and its water retention system) along with installing new Ice Plant controls. This work will also require some structural enhancements such as new housekeeping pads for the two new compressors and new sump tank (serving the roof mounted cooling tower). All questions or inquiries related to the bid document shall be submitted in writing through the "bids&tenders" electronic bidding system and before the questions deadline stated on the "bids&tenders" electronic bidding system. The Owner may respond to any questions or inquiries (in whole or in part) by issuing an addendum.
