Sales tax should not be included in the bid; tax exemption certificates and authorization letters will be provided to the contractor and subcontractors. Plans and specifications are available at no cost from HR Green, Inc. There will be no pre-bid conference. Substantial completion of the work is required on or before October 1, 2026, and final completion on or before November 1, 2026. Liquidated damages of $500.00 per day will be assessed for each day the work remains incomplete after the specified dates. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
