The work includes selective demolition, removal of existing pavilion/bathrooms, playground, basketball courts, installation of new restrooms and pavilion, basketball courts, playground, green infrastructure for stormwater treatment, hardscape improvements, and landscaping. The new structures will require electrical, water, wastewater, and stormwater utility connections. The project also includes soil erosion and sedimentation control, and traffic control as required for project construction. Bids are to be submitted on a proper form furnished by the City and shall be addressed to the City Manager, City Hall, Decatur, Georgia, sealed, dated and enclosed in an envelope appropriately marked on the outside with the project name, bidder's name, and date and hour of opening, and mailed or delivered to reach the designated office on or before the stipulated date and time. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid conference is required for submittal consideration.
