Project No: 25048 Requests for interpretation, information or clarification (RFI) of the Contract Documents must be made in writing to King + King Architects. Responses to RFIs will not be made over the telephone. Responses to RFIs will be advisory only and will not modify the Contract Documents. The Contract Documents stand as published except as modified by written Addenda before bid and Modifications after execution of the Agreement. CiTi BOCES (Oswego County BOCES) invites sealed bids for the following contracts: General Construction, Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing for the N510 PTECH Renovations. Bids must be submitted in duplicate and will be received at the CiTi BOCES District Office. Bid submission procedures must follow the 2008 Wicks Reform in addition to any procedures outlined in the contract documents. Bids will be opened and read aloud at the District Office. Contract Documents can be examined at various locations and can be obtained electronically or in paper form for non-refundable fees or deposits, with specific instructions on ordering, payment, and return of documents. Only complete sets of documents will be issued, and plan holders must specify their status and provide contact information when ordering. Addenda will be distributed by email, and the responsibility to download each addendum rests with the bidder. Returned documents in reusable condition will be eligible for deposit refunds. The owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Each bid must be accompanied by the required bid security and bid withdrawals will follow the provided instructions. The project completion timeline is specified in Section 011000 entitled Summary. Contractors may visit the site after providing at least 48 hours' notice.
