Quarterly preventive maintenance, inspection, and repair services for all automatic doors identified in Appendix B, including providing all labor, materials, parts, tools, and supervision necessary to ensure proper operation. Maintenance and repair shall be performed in accordance with accepted commercial practices and in compliance with manufacturer specifications. The contractor shall include all applicable costs in submitted quotes and be capable of supporting a base period with four option years, ensuring continuous functionality and reliability of the automatic door systems. Period of Performance From 13 Jul 2026 To 12 Jul 2027 All questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted to Velma Wynn @velma.wynn.1@us.af.mil and Kristie Canterbury @ kristie.canterbury.2@us.af.mil, no later than 15 June 2026 by 11:00 AM EST / 8:00 AM Arizona time.
