Reference Number 0000416353 Hamilton County Schools (HCS) seeks to contract with a qualified, experienced, and professional Vendor to provide preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, and accident-related repair services for HCS's heavy equipment fleet on an as-needed basis. The fleet includes, but is not limited to, box vans, semi-trucks, bucket trucks, trailers, backhoe, skid steer, dump truck, mini excavator, and other related heavy equipment. The Hamilton County Department of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof, to waive technicalities and informalities, and to award a contract to other than the low bidder. The right is reserved to reduce or increase the quantity of any item; and to award contract by item number, or group of items. Price, quality, and suitability will be considered in awarding bids.
