The contractor shall perform asbestos removal and demolition at the Cassville Cottage in Cassville, Wisconsin, and asbestos removal at the Clinton County Cottage in Clinton County, Iowa. Work shall be completed in accordance with all applicable technical and safety requirements, with full details to be provided in the forthcoming solicitation. A single firm-fixed-price award is anticipated under a 100% Small Business Set-Aside using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation procedures. Location: Cassville Cottage, Cassville, WI; Clinton County Cottage, Clinton County, IA. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. Description of Purchase: The Army Corps of Engineers require the Asbestos Removal and Demolition at Cassville Cottage and Asbestos Removal at Clinton County Cottage. 2. Scope of Work: Line Item 01 (Cassville Cottage): a. Abatement/Removal of all asbestos containing materials. b. Demolition of cottage, foundations and slabs including driveway. c. Basement is to be backfilled and burying in at a minimum of (3) three feet below grade. d. Regrade disturbed areas and apply grass seed. Line Item 02 (Clinton County Cottage 4379): a) Abatement/Removal of all asbestos containing materials. All work for Line Item 01 and 02 to be completed 6 weeks after Contract agreement has been signed.
