FILE No.: 86350 Sealed bids are requested for Phase 2 of the Conway Park Streambank Restoration project. Bids must be submitted online via the PennBid Program. All bid documents, construction plans, and specifications are available at no cost to prospective bidders on the PennBid Program. The successful bidder will be responsible for a PennBid Program fee equal to 1/4 % of the contract award value, with a minimum fee of $150 and a maximum of $6,000. A bid bond for 10% of the total bid, made payable to Darby Township, must accompany each bid. Attention is called to the requirements in the bid packet, including Federal Davis-Bacon Wage Rates, insurance requirements, Public Works Employment Verification, equal opportunity provisions, a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price, and a one-year maintenance bond for 10% of the contract price.
