The work involves the rehabilitation of two existing lift stations. The work includes abrasive blasting of wet well, piping and valve vault piping, T-lock repairs, removal and replacement of piping and valves, generator rehabilitation, and installation of bypass manhole. All work must be completed in place and in accordance with the provided Plans and Specifications. Bidders are required to furnish all material, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary or incidental to the completion of this project. Bids must include a cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment, and maintenance bonds for the full contract amount. Contractors must submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
