The project consists of: 1. Complete restoration of the brick cladding above pools K and L, covering a total area of approximately 90 m2 2. Resurfacing the roof of the K basin, covering an approximate area of 470 m2: 1. With a trench cut into the wooden decking of the ventilated roof along the brick wall to be repaired. 2. Relocating one of the roof drains to the lowest point. 3. Complete repair and reconstruction of the slopes on pool L (approximate area: 9 m2) and the addition of a gutter and downspout. 4. Securing access and movement for maintenance personnel on pools H, G, and D with freestanding guardrails and a new fixed wall ladder
