Renovation of a multi-residential development in Roland, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
As of April 7, 2026 the project has been awarded. The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids from certified licensed HVAC installers for the rehabilitation of one home located in Sequoyah County. Work must be completed according to the work write-up and finished within 6 working days. Work is to begin within two weeks of notification, with a $100.00 liquidated damages charge applied for each working day past the contract end date. To be considered responsive/responsible, the Mandatory Bid Response sheet and Work Write Up must be fully completed. Bidders must provide proof of TERO certification to receive preference. The successful bidder must comply with Tribal rules and TERO regulations. Bids may be submitted by both Indian and Non-Indian bidders, but preference is given to those with current TERO certification. TERO requirements apply, including a fee of 1/2 of 1% of the contract award and $25 per day per non-Indian employee. The successful bidder must have all fees and paperwork submitted to TERO for contract execution. Question Deadline Mar 19, 2026 Any prospective bidder desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, specifications, drawings, etc., must request it at least 7 days before the scheduled time for bid opening. Requests may be oral or written.
