Roadway Pavement - Removal of existing asphalt pavement and reconstruction of 36 -foot concrete road as delineated in the plans for approx . 590 linear feet of Meadow Hill Drive from the terminus of Meadow Hill to the Home Road and from approximately 225 feet west of North County to new roundabout at intersection. Construction of two roundabouts at the intersections of North County with Meadow Hill and All Stars . Paving modifications and replacement at Rogers Road with Meadow Hill. ii . Roadway Pavement Subgrade - removal of existing material and replacement per plan . a . Flex base - 12 inches in depth . b. Driveways - Removal of existing concrete driveway pavement as indicated on plan and the replacement . i. Driveways will be modified as indicated in the plans . ii. High early strength concrete is to be used . iii . Access to the property will always be available during construction .
