Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mt Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project involves the installation of new concrete sidewalk and ADA ramps along Greenhurst Drive, including but not limited to site clearing and miscellaneous removals; traffic control; resident notification; erosion and sedimentation control measures; bulk excavation and fine grading; trench drain installation; placement of new concrete curb, sidewalk, and handicap ramps; existing driveway and sidewalk adjustments; resident notifications; signage; line striping; existing utility and site feature protection; and site restoration, complete in place. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the project's name. Performance, Maintenance, Labor and Material Payment Bonds, Public Liability and Property Damage Certificates of Insurance, as well as Certificates of Workman's Compensation, must be provided upon acceptance. Proposals must include a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond for ten percent of the proposal amount. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, qualified, and responsible bidder based on the total bid, but the Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions of work, and to waive informalities.
