Sealed bids are requested for the project of resurfacing various roads in Richmond Township. Each bidder is required to provide a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond as per Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code, issued by a licensed Surety Company or Corporation. The proposal must include the full name of the submitting party and all interested persons, as well as evidence of experience with projects of similar size and complexity. The project must be completed no later than August 28, 2026. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates for public improvements in Huron County, Ohio, and submit all bid documents as obtained from the Huron County Engineer, bound in their entirety.
